1. The service

ChapterDeals is a free Kindle ebook deal monitoring service. We check Amazon's public Kindle deal pages and notify you when authors, series, or books you track have ebooks on sale, including Whispersync for Voice narration prices and Kindle Unlimited availability.

We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Amazon. Amazon, Kindle, Kindle Unlimited, and Whispersync are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc.

2. Affiliate disclosure

ChapterDeals participates in the Amazon Associates Program, an affiliate advertising programme designed to provide a means for sites to earn commissions by linking to Amazon. When you click a deal link on ChapterDeals and purchase an item on Amazon, we may earn a small commission at no additional cost to you. This helps us keep the service free.

As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. Affiliate commissions do not influence which deals we show you — we surface every deal that matches your tracked authors, series, and books.

3. Your account

You create an account by providing your email address. We use magic link authentication — no passwords are stored. You are responsible for maintaining access to your email account.

4. What we provide

• Monitoring of Amazon's publicly available Kindle deal pages (daily deals, monthly deals, sales)
• Email notifications when tracked authors' books appear in deals
• Author and book catalogue browsing (data sourced from Amazon's public pages)

5. What we don't guarantee

• Deal accuracy — deals are scraped from public pages and may occasionally be incorrect, out of date, or incomplete. Always verify prices on Amazon before purchasing.
• Availability — the service is provided "as is". We may experience downtime for maintenance or due to changes in Amazon's website.
• Notifications — we make reasonable efforts to send timely notifications, but cannot guarantee delivery (email providers may filter or delay messages).
• Personalised deals — we monitor public deal pages only. Subscriber-exclusive or personalised offers visible in your Amazon account are not something we can detect.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create multiple accounts for the same person
• Use automated tools to scrape our website
• Attempt to access other users' data
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual property

Book titles, cover art, author information, and deal data displayed on ChapterDeals are sourced from Amazon's public pages and APIs. All rights belong to their respective owners.

The ChapterDeals website, code, and original content are owned by Solutions Delivered Ltd.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChapterDeals and Solutions Delivered Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including missed deals or incorrect pricing information.

9. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your dashboard. This will permanently remove your email address, tracked authors, owned books, and all associated data.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
